Rules & Policies

Our rules and policies have been updated as of October 1st, 2022. If you have any questions about our new policies, please feel free to contact Coach Caroline with your inquiries.

Registration

The annual registration fee is $25 per child or $50 per family. Annual registration will be due at enrollment before the start of any classes or lessons and every year thereafter.  An additional $5 will be added if not paid by the first week of your anniversary month and your child will not be able to attend classes until the paperwork is updated and payment has been made.

Payment Policy

We accept VISA, Mastercard, check, and cash. When paying by credit card, we charge a $3 processing fee per month. If your card is declined, you will be charged a $10 processing fee. A fee of $25 will be assessed in the event that a check is returned.


Payments are due on or before the first class of each month. Fees will be pro-rated if you enroll in a class at a later date and will vary depending on the number of weeks in the month. We require a credit card on file or a one-month deposit. If  you have more than one child or unique circumstances, contact coach about a payment plan.


Your child will automatically be enrolled each month unless you notify us in writing via text or email. We require a 30-day notice in order to utilize your deposit prior to your departure, as it is non-refundable. All tuition payments will be due until the end of that notice. You will receive an email confirmation of un-enrollment.


Late payments will be assessed a $5 late fee. Unpaid balances will be charged automatically, including the late fee on the 10th of the month with your credit card on file. If you do not have one on file, your deposit will be used, and your child will be withdrawn from the class until payment is made, including the late fee. For classes with waiting lists, your child's spot will not be guaranteed.
Program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Gym Policy

Please keep the front door closed at all times.
No food allowed in the gym or waiting areas due to sanitation concerns and coaches not being able to clean after each class. 
Remain in the waiting area while your child is in class. Please do not enter the gym during class unless invited by a coach. If there are disciplinary issues requiring immediate attention, we will bring your child to you.

Make Up Policy

If your child is going to miss a class, please notify Coach Caroline via call or text as soon as possible so that she can plan accordingly. If Coach Caroline is not notified, your child will not be able to make up the missed class. Missed classes may be made up within 2 weeks provided there is space in another class.
